Hello!

I write ack comments through HM web client and that comments contains non-english letters (I write in Russian). Then I open "Test info" window. Non-english letters look like garbage.

But when I ack tests through RCC everything is good.

Any advice?

I am using logging mode "Full".
The test was not paused.
Log Analyzer shows me that the test worked properly (there is no gaps in log files for this test).

Any other suggestions?

Is it possible to start HM with user credentials other than "local"? We have a user with specific rights which can't be assigned to "local".

PS. I know I can start HM as service and use RCC but what about the application?
