Dial-up to network entries not shown

I want to configure a action profile to dial-up to a network when certain tests fail, but I cannot select any dial-up entries in host monitor, because they are not shown.
When I check in windows the dial-up entries are shown. What am I doing wrong?

I get "No Answer" when I try to test https://www.trustsuppliers. I can pull up the page by typing the URL in a browser with no problems. I have selected to accept all certificates, even invalid ones. I use HM 3.71. Any suggestions?
