Only works on same network
Thanks for the info.
I guess it won't work for me in this case, since the two servers are not on the same network/domain.

rma_cfg
Let me rephrase the question:
In the dialog for rma_cfg, there are by default 2 ip's that are listed under "Accept connections from the following addresses" radio button.
How can I add a third ip address ?

reboot via agent
Let me rephrase the question:
I have Hostmonitor 4.10 running on Server A.
I have the RMA 1.07 client running on Server B.
I have a Ping test in Hostmonitor on Server A that tests using the Agent on Server B.
When the test is successful, I want to reboot Server B.
Possible ?

to monitor connections and configure more easily
No, to monitor connections in real time. I can't get that window to come up when the service is running. Also, to make it easier to open the rma_cfg dialog.KS-Soft wrote:Just to be sure agent is running?

RMA taskbar tray icon when running as service
I would like the RMA taskbar tray icon displayed when running as service. Right now it only shows on the taskbar when the application is activated and the service is stopped.

Is Remote Reboot supported with RMA ?
I'm having trouble getting remote or local reboot to work with an RMA client. Actually, setting the action to local reboot rebooted the Server, not the RMA client (even though the test was via an RMA agent) !!

Registration key not working !
Alex,
The registration key we were emailed doesn't work for 4.07 Enterprise Edition, which we purchased yesterday (upgrade from v3).
On the email, I notice that it says 3.xx (not 4), so maybe it's wrong ???
Please help !
Mike
