File attachment macro format question

Hi,
I am not receiving an email when this macro is used

filename_%yyyy%-%mm%-%dd[-1d]%.csv

I am receiving the following message in the email:
Error: Attachment file not found

What is the correct format for the filename please?

Is this the same Windows2003 system where HostMonitor 7.72 cannot check the page? or you are using different system? This was on a different system. Thank you, yes it was my mistake, the it was necessary for me to use the hostname with \\prefix.
The test works fine with macro and wild card alongside.
