Ended using reports, as a view seems a bit too static for my needs.
I did find that reports quickly can be used on specific folder-trees, where views have to be edited for this.

I am searching for a way to get a complete list of where a specific "Action Profile" is used. When using the button "Usage report", I am only shown the first 9 tests, and then an additional note "and other test items (274 items in total)"... How can I get those last 265...
