All the performance counter tests I run are in an unknown or checking status. Test that use the performance log on our Windows 2000 Servers enter an Unknown status on our busier servers. We have the Treat Unknown Status as Bad unchecked. When I was using Host Monitor in the Trial Mode I noticed every hour or so a popup window would appear stating that the version I was running was not registered.
