I've looked all over and just am not able to find any directions. Can anyone point me to a post or a help file that will instruct me on setting up Dashboard for my helpdesk staff?
I'm sure we are licensed and have the latest software running.

Is it possible to copy a schedule that several tests are using on one machine to another. We setup a new Blade Server and I have moved the test file to that server, now I need to get the schedule moved over. Also, is it possible to move the Alerts from that old machine.
