Test status cached in web interface

Hi Alex, We have had a problem since several versions back that makes the web interface "cache" old test statuses. It keeps showing the maxium number of tests that have ever occured in each status. This is what it displays right now but there are no bad or unknown tests: Good tests: 712 Ba...

Unknown operator: "%SuggestedRecurrences%"

HM 6.51Beta W2K Server SP4 Hi! When I'm trying to implement the optional status processing for a CPU test using ('%SuggestedSimpleStatus%'=='DOWN') and (%SuggestedRecurrences%<4) (above cut 'n pasted from the manual) , I get the following error in RCC: Invalid expression: Unknown operator: "%Su...

Need this to...

We also have a "problem" with this and unfortunally it makes some people "ignorant" when using HM. Almost like false alerts. For example, if we monitor 25 fairly busy servers for cpu usage, it will happen on occasion (too often maby?) that it sometimes hit 100% and thus makes the...

Traffic monitor test always shows Kb/sec instead of Kbits/se

Hi Alex and Co! The subject says it all, I want to display Kbits/sec but it still shows up as Kb/sec. I sent you guys an email about this in about a year ago and it was recognized as a bug and it was supposed to be fixed in a future release. Perhaps that release is on the way soon  ?? It´s a b...

Report settings

Hi Alex, My mistake, I thought I HAD to set the colors in the report settings but I discovered that I could hard code them into the custom html template just like that :D BUT, now we have a problem with the graphs path. We would like to automate the task of creating reports (works fine) and when the...

Colors in custom reports

When I use a template for the html reports, I cant change the report colors from the options/reports tab. The changes have no effect except "html text" which alters all text and I assume its because I have to put some vars in the template file like %itemcolor% etc. Is there a list of these...

Hi Alex, A specific test for a particular service is of course the best solution but the problem arises when there are services that are not "supported" by HM with a single test. And that is Citrix servers for example where we instead have to check that all the different servers are accept...

Grouping of tests for SLA reporting?

Hello there, First of all, thanks for a very useful and versatile product! I´m wondering if it is possible to group several tests together for measuring availability of a service to customers? For example, if I have 10 load balanced citrix metaframe servers and one of them fails, I still have a 100%...
