Logvisualizer: Is it possible to configure graph colors?
Not an essential question but nice to have... I don't know if it's implemented yet, so may be it's better to put it on the wish list... Is it possible to configure any color scheme for the output gif file of log visualizer in the profile.ini file? (e.g. for the graph, background, legend, grid, bars,...

How to use e.g. %Folder variable in dependant (master) test?
Is it possible to use the current folder name in an expression to define a master test? I want to be able to copy all tests from one folder to another. All tests can be configured using variables like %folder% or %fvar_ip% for test parameters. Unfortunately if I define a master test (e.g. ping host1...

Yes you 're right. I deployed the RMA using the RMA manager (I chose the file in the rma-win folder of the updated hostmon installation). I thought all files are updated but unfortunately the RMA files are not updated by installing Hostmon 7.78 automatically, so I redeployed the version from 7.10 on...

NT Event Log tests not working after upgrade
I upgraded hostmon from version 7.10 to 7.78 today. After upgrading all tests are working fine except "NT Event Log" tests. I get reply: RMA 500 - Unknown command I also tried to upgrade/redeploy the RMA. No success (current version 3.64) Then I tried to add a completely new NT Event Log t...

Mail relay test over rma
We would appreciate if we could monitor our mailserver chain over RMA. SMTP relays, Spam filter are often located in a DMZ. So it is necessary for monitoring purposes to place a RMA in the DMZ. Another reason for the need of mail test over RMA could be if two Mailservers are at different physical lo...

I found the problem! On both machines (production and test) there is the hummingbird socks client installed. It seems that HM doesn't work correctly with hummingbird socks installed. I tried to exclude the HM traffic from the socks file but it doesn't work. If we uninstall the hummingbird socks clie...

No, both log files really don't exist also in explorer! Sorry, we can't provice access to this system from the internet. Is it possible that we made some stupid failure in our configuration? (I think of some licensing problem or somethin like that - does HM check for a valid license before it connec...

Howto minimize monitoring traffic over WAN connections?
We have a problem in designing a monitoring solution for a new worldwide network. There are 13 different sites around the world which are connected via very slow network connections. The most importand thing we have to consider for our monitoring solution is that we have to minimize network traffic ...
