A feature request:
I use the comment-field to describe the test and sometimes a short procedure to solve the problem when the test is bad. So I don't have to make a different mail body and action profile for each test. (I use %taskcomment% in a more general mail-body)
Is it possible to make a realy multi-line text-box for the comment-field ?
(if there isn't enough place, you can use a separate pop-up box to fill in the comment?)
Regards,

Yes, it will be implemented using popup box. And you will be able to use new separated macro variables for different lines, like %CommentLine1%, %CommantLine2%, etc. But it will be implemented after 1st release.

Ok, great, but:
Is it possible to make one %CommentLineX% multilined ? (ok, it's a little bit confusing)
Compare with fields in Excel where one row can be multi-lined.
Now you have to know the exact number of lines, if you use %CommentLineX% for specific data.

I understand what you mean. Probably exel-like comments will be implemented in next versions. Now you have to know exactly number of line.

Alex,
I'm reviewing my use of task-comment:
Our task-comment was growing to a little documentation tool.
I discovered I can better use 'related URL' to link a document (txt, doc, pdf, visio, ...)
Suggestion: in future versions, maybe you can change that name in "related info" and add a browse button to find the document ? (or still fill in an URL)
Of course, the use of different %taskcommentX% macro's is very usefull for mail actions, etc
Thus: HM gives me what I need !!
Regards,
Gdvl
