Having this forum is a great idea! It will aid in the use of your awesome software.

Question: How can I scan multiple ip addresses with a single job. I would like to scan 2 ip addresses and if both do not answer i want to trip an alarm.

You cannot check 2 addresses by one test.
Nevertheless you can create 2 tests for 2 addresses, setup one test as Master test for another with "perform test when Master test has dead status" condition. Assign alert profile to the second (dependant) test.
In this case HostMonitor will perform test for second address only when 1st address does not respond, and start alert actions when both addresses do not respond.

Regards
Alex

PS You can implement this in HostMonitor 3.0 only
