Scenario. I manage different corporate networks. It would be nice to place an RMA server on each network and have it perform all the tests associated with that company.

Ideally, all test for company A would be in one folder, use one set of credentials and be dependent on a ping test to the RMA server on their network.

The requests:
Folder settings that optionally apply to all tests within (inheritance).

All tests within rootcorp_A could inherit dependancy on ping to RMA_A. The ping test would have to be at the root level to avoid recursion.

All tests within rootcorp_A could inherit the same Connect As account.

And all additional ping tests for corp_A could be carried out by RMA_A. (running HM from home over 31.2K conection, impressively efficient, but still).

Implementing of these requests will be useful for you but not for everybody. Probably better implement some configurable "test templates" than link tests' properties to folder. And some new "[x] Use template NNN for all tests within the folder" option can be added to Folder Properties dialog.
