Should it be possible to create and edit tests through the web interface yet or is that not yet implemented? I'm logging in using the default Admin setup and only getting the ability to view test information, not add or edit. Also, there's no user add/edit option that I can see either unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

No, web interface does not provide these possibilities. We plan to create another Win32 application that will allow complete remote managment of HostMonitor.
