Hello
we try to monitor the website certificate of our VCenter for expiry.
The "Certificate Check" test reports "RMA-301 SSL Handshake failed". Other certificates work.
The files libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll are available in the RMA directory and are the latest version. Copied from the Ks host monitor program directory.
IP address instead of host name has also been tested.

Why does it fail here?

HM version 12.52
RMA version 7.24
HM Server: Windows 2019 - latest patch level

Best regards

Hello
the test works after restarting the RMA service.
I don't know now whether the new files were the solution or restarting the RMA service.

Still thank you and have a nice day

We cannot reproduce the problem.
If this happens again, could you please check resource usage? You may use standard Windows Task Manager to check Handles, Memory, Threads, GDI and USER objects. What is the total resource usage on the system? How many handles/threads/GDI objects used by rma.exe process?

Do you use ODBC Query test method? If yes, what ODBC driver do you use?

Regards
Alex
