Is it possible to add the possibility to replace logo and adjust the link when people click on it in the web interface? So the people could click on the link and be redirected to our internal ticket system!

Probably its better to use Related URL test property?
This way each test may have unique link with ID, like
www.company.com/ticket.htm?id=1233

You may check and click on this URL using popup menu Test info
