Hostmonitor - Excellent value and superior tech support

We have been a customer since 2001 - the early days. We took a chance on a new piece of software for monitoring our systems, and have not been disappointed. We have been using this software for 19 years now and it still is a great piece of software. We also have other tools, but Hostmonitor rises to the top in regards to stability, functionality, value, and their tech support is bar none.

We recently had an issue with high CPU usage, which was diagnosed by the HM team, and a patch was issued 2 DAYS LATER. That is A+ service as far as I am concerned. Some of the other tool sets we have used in the past, the vendors have had known issues and refused to modify their code to correct these issues. Alex and his team are the opposite. While the issues are few and far between (credit to their QC process), if one does arise, they fix it VERY quickly.

That is why our organization has purchased multiple licenses for our various groups, and also why I HIGHLY recommend this company and their product.

KS-SOFT has the best tech support in the business and really knows how to support their customers. My hat is off to Alex and his team.

Thanks for making it easier to support our IT infrastructure...
