Error RMA upgrade on Windows Server 2019

Post by rgoebel »

Hi there,

we have the problem that an RMA upgrade over the RMA Manager is not working for RMA's running on Windows Server 2019 machines.

We get the message:
Sending request to XXXXXXX.. Init Ok. File transferring .. Error: Wrong CRC

The KS Hostmon runs on the version 11.96.

The platform on from the RMA machines is "Windows Server 2019 Build 17763".

When I do a manual file copy is everything fine but this is for all RMA's a lot of work.

Could you assist here?

Thank you in advance.

There is fix
http://www.ks-soft.net/download/hm1196d.exe

Unfortunately RMA Manager will not be able to update RMA that shows "Wrong CRC" error, new version will help to install the following updates

Please provide details.
Have you manually updated RMA 6.64 to 6.65 on remote system? Then started RMA Manager and tried to update RMA 6.65 to 6.65?

Thank you for the additional informations.
After manually updating the RMAs is the update with the RMA Manager possible again.

Yes, you will not get a fix until you get new version (there is no other way)
