I have been waiting for HM 4.0 to come out for some time now. HM 3.68 did not qualify for an upgrade to 4.0. Will purchasing 3.7 now give me the upgrade to 4.0, especially if 4.0 is not published within the six months of purchase.

As you can see (at http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/regmon.htm ) we promised 6 or 12 months (depends on license) of free updates. It means: if you buy HostMonitor now, you will receive registration code for HostMonitor 3.xx and another registration code for HostMonitor 4.xx.
So, you will be able to use for free future versions of the HostMonitor released within next 6 or 12 months.

Usually we uploads 6-10 new versions within 6 months. We have delays only before major releases. Like we had delay between HostMonitor 3.68 and Advanced Host Monitor 4.0 (with 5 new applications).

I have two copies of HostMonitor 3.x Enterprise version that were purchased 6 and 9 months ago. How do I get my registration codes for 4.0?
By the way, my company loves HostMonitor 3.x and we are excited about moving to 4.0. |

On the other hand, as I understand you don't have "lifetime updates" license that allows to use all new versions and utilities for free? And you don't have "Enterprise" license (this license mode was published just last week, it includes licenses for new utilities and cost $350). You have "HostMonitor version 3.xx 20,000,000 test items" license that allows to upgrade to any HostMonitor version 3.xx for free. Correct?

I couldn't determine from the web page "Pricing for already registered customers" what license version I have and what the cost is to upgrade. When I open HM it shows 20,000,000 tests and it was the older 3.x version. How do I upgrade to the enterprise version lifetime updates?
