| Hostmonitor is currently installed and registered on one server and I am trying to move it to a new server. I successfully moved all the files for the tests etc. The problem I am having is trying to enter the registration code. I enter our name and the code exactly as it appears in the original email yet it won't seem to accept it. |

Probably you tried to register new version of HostMonitor using old registration code?
Questions like this much better send by e-mail to support@ks-soft.net. Please, provide following information:
- your registration name
- your registration code (so we will be able to check you use up to date code)
- version of HostMonitor that you use.
