Service Test fails but Service is up and running

Hello!
Service Test
Service to Monitor: ntrtscan
We Monitor if "OfficeScan NT RealTime Scan" is up and running.

On the target Server this Service is running and working.
I can check thy by s"services.msc" and in the Trend Micro Agent.
When i open up the service list is see the service with the status running.
So far everything seems perfect.

But KS-HostMonitor marks it as bad.
Reserve Alert is nocht active.
Readding (10 times now) the test with diffrent methods does not help.
I also tried it with 3 diffrent agents.
The agent i want is installed on the server with the failing test.
Every other service test runs fine.
We monitor this service on other machines without problem.

I have no clue why the test keeps itÂ´s bad status, the service is up and running without any problems for days now.

Service test Status is Bad?
Have you tried to monitor other services using same RMA on the same target system?

Bad status means service does not respond to SERVICE_INTERROGATE command.

You are right. I tested 2 servcies with the sc command and this is waht i got.

Der Dienst antwortete nicht rechtzeitig auf die Start- oder Steuerungsanforderung.

The service does not answer. Now i know were to start my troubleshooting.
I would be thankfull for ever tipp.
