The VMWare tests stopped working after upgrade to ESXi 6

Hi,
Well the title says it all. We previously ran ESXi 5.5 and all VM tests worked fine.
But after the upgrade we get the reply: "Service Unavailable (Failed to connect to endpoint: [N7Vmacore4http.....".

I´m guessing that ESXi 6 has changed something that brakes the tests, but if you could look into it I´d be very thankful.
