I would like to ask have which option when other system send mail report to user xxx@xxx.com then send sms to me

Not sure I understand your question.
If systemA sends email to systemB, how HostMonitor may receive information about this event??

This is impossible.
Unless you install some software on systemA or systemB (or some other system that receives all traffic) and intercept all network traffic.
We definitely will not do this.
