Hello,

We recently migrated from one server to another and upgraded to Hostmon 9.90.

We are testing now before moving all the agents over, but I am having an issue. The active agent is showing connected in RMA Manager, but not in Hostmonitor (It says RMA Server status: not active). Could there be something in a configuration file I missed?

Old server was 7.72
RMA agents are all version 3.69

Thank you in advance for any advice!

-Matthew

Check if "accept connections from active RMA" option enabled (Options dialog -> Active RMA).
If enabled, check HostMonitor system log file or Auditing Tool. If HostMonitor cannot open specified port, check what application uses this port and change its settings (or HostMonitor and RMA settings)

Regards
Alex

Please update agents as well. RMA Manager allows you to update all agents at once
