I want to create views filtered by customer SLAs, referencing folder variables. However, when I go into view properties, check 'Select items using expression' and enter '%fvar_sla%' = 'sla1', it doesn't do anything, even though I've defined folders with this variable. What am I doing wrong?

Expression should look like the following:
'%fvar_sla%' == 'sla1'
instead of
'%fvar_sla%' = 'sla1'

Thank you, this works. Now I've got to change inheritance settings on almost 600 folders - made an initial mistake by setting them to use folder variables only, now I need to set them to inherit SLA level from top-level customer folders. I don't suppose there is a way to do this without going into each folder's properties, is there?

Change folders report settings? Yes, this should be done manually...
