Folders Tree not showing Bad (red) for 1 bad test

Post by monitor100 »

Hello

I'm guessing this is not a technical problem. I must have done something wrong. I would still appreciate some help resolving the problem.

I have 5 or so folders and these are visible in the "Folders Tree" pane. If a bad result exists in the folder, the folder in the folder tree pane generally indicates bad by changing the text colour to red. However, this is not always the case. I have one folder that has one bad test and that folder does not show bad (red).

Furthermore, I have a bad test and a red failed icon just to the left of the test - indicating bad. However, the rest of the line, test name, status, reply, etc is not red. In the same folder I have other bad tests, but these DO show bad by changing the entire test line to red.

What am I missing?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Mark.

Lets start from begining - what exactly software do you use? HostMonitor? RCC? What version of the software? Windows? Service Pack?

We cannot reproduce this problem :(
Could you please send screen shot to support@ks-soft.net? or better send HML file with tests and hostmon.ini file.
