Hi,

I send a report every 3 hours.
The report is a generated html file.
I want to have a test value in the email subject.

How can I do it?

Thanks

Test value? Current value of Reply field? Then use %Reply% variable.
Please check the manual or visit our web site at http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mframe.htm#actions.htm#macro

But how do I use it in the email subject?

The report is generated and sent every 3 hours.

How do I include few test replies in the subject?

Not sure I understand the question. If you want to use %Reply% variable in e-mail subject then you should type %Reply% in e-mail subject. What is the problem?
I assume you are talking about e-mail that is sent by HostMonitor? You are using "Send e-mail" action, right?

Do you mean this action is not triggered by some test probe?
H'm, if you want to get parameters of some specific test items, use expressions like %::<testname>::<macrovariable>% or %::<testid>::<macrovariable>%
Please read the manual for details
