%ServiceComp% when doing the action by an agent?

regarding FAQ: Can I use %ServiceComp% even if action 'restart service' is done by an agent on it's own <local computer>?

Sure, why not?
If you restart service on <local computer> then you probably check service on <local computer> as well?
