The 'blue' color scheme is used. The Acknowledged events had a 'pink' background. So when the events are Acknowledged, they change from a 'red' background to a 'pink' background. These colors are too close to each other. I changed the Acknowledged event color from a 'pink' background to 'blue' with 'white' letters. This change was done within the application.

When I use the web interface, the Acknowledged events still have a 'pink' background.

I tried changing the users from the 'blue' color scheme to the 'grey' color scheme and saving it. Then switching back to the 'blue' color scheme and saving it again. I thought that might help change the Acknowledged events in the web GUI, but it did not change the web color scheme. The web GUI still has Acknowledged with 'pink' background color.

How do I change the Acknowledged events in the web GUI so that they are 'blue' with 'white' letters?

You should use menu Options -> Colors of "HM Web Service" application to modify color palette for Web interface.

Please check the manual or visit our web site for more information at:

I could not find the 'Options', 'Colors of HM Web Service' in the Host Monitor application.

If I click on 'Options', the only item that is related to color is:
'Options', 'Log settings', 'HTML Colors'.

Another place to set colors is
'Profiles', 'Color schemes', 'Color profiles'.

With the 'Color profiles' there are the following items:
<Default.
Blue
Gray
My boss's favorite palette
Black & Green
White
Green
Maroon
Dashboard-Grey
Dashboard-Green
Dashboard-Blue

I did not see any color options in the Host Monitor web GUI either while connecting with a web browser.

I would like to change the Aknowledged 'pink' background to 'blue' with 'white' letters in the web GUI that is seen when connecting to the Host Monitor server with a web browser.

This menu is not in HostMonitor application.
Menu Options -> Colors is located in "HM Web Service" application:
