ICQ 7.x can't get alert message?

After I upgrade ICQ from 6.5 to 7.2, it can't get hostmonitor alert message. (ICQ can't login if it hasn't been upgraded to new version today.)
Only show a notification that hostmonitor account is available, but no alert message window popup like ICQ 6.5.
Do I need to do some setting in ICQ 7.x?

ICQ 7.2 works fine fo us.
Are you receiving messages from other ICQ clients?

Are you sure HostMonitor sent message to ICQ?
