Probably HTTPS server uses expired certificate or certificate with wrong domain name. You can use “Accept SSL/PCT certificates with invalid host name” and “Accept SSL/PCT certificates with invalid dates” options (located on Miscellaneous page in the Options dialog) to accept certificates like that.
