oh sorry, on host monitor server I found an error in log file,
error SQLAgent$HOSTMONITOR
and MSSQL$HOSTMONITOR
I dont wonna do something with telnet, do I need it mainly ?

I don't think HostMonitor can record such messages. May we see entire log record?

If telnet cannot connect to RCI port and there is no error in HostMonitors system log, this means problem is related to your network settings. Check VPN, firewall, router settings...
If telnet can stablish connection while RCC cannot, there is some HostMonitor/RCC configuration problem (unless telnet and RCC connects to some other application, not HostMonitor)
