Hi Alex,
Is there anyway to test end-to-end service on Blackberry? For ex. I can send automated test mails to a blackberry device periodically. But I need an alert only when NOT delivered to the device.

Then Blackberry should respond to HostMonitor somehow. If you install some software that will receive such e-mails and send SNMP Trap messages to HostMonitor, this may work...

You can set a Blackberry to auto-respond to an email - dependent on policy. Then you can use HM Mail Relay test to check for the response.
