UNC test

I am not able check the drive space of another machine using UNC test. In the test details I am getting status as Unknown. Can anyone please explain in detail how do go on with this test???? When I am pinging that machine using HM its able to do it.

Do I need to configure my network with the Host Monitor. If so then please tell me how to do it..

Please, enable "Show errors description in "Reply" field when cannot access resource" option, located in "Options" -> "Miscellaneous" tab -> "Settings for UNC tests" area. With this option enabled, HostMonitor will place error description in "Reply" field in case "UNC" test cannot access to resource. What exact error do you see in "Reply" field?

Could you provide more information, please?
- What version of HostMonitor do you use?
- What Windows do you use? Service Pack?
- Is HostMonitor started as a service or as an application?
- Do you have installed antivirus monitor? Personal firewall? Content monitoring software? Non-standard winsock components? Network packet analyzer?
