How can I un-ACK (acknowledgement) an acknowledged test?

All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).

How can I un-ACK (acknowledgement) an acknowledged test?

I have a test that I acknowledged and since then it is still failing but the ACK is not cleared (I only see it clear on change to "Good").

what is the fastest way to clear an ACK from a monitor?

There is no such option.
You may set "Reverse alert" test property so failed test becomes "good" then unmark "Reverse alert" option so test fails again.
