Time period for the CPU Usage test

Hi,

I've worked for the first time with HostMonitor and I have a question according to the CPU Usage Test.
I would like to monitor the CPU Usage that in case of bad status, so that the Usage is higher than the limit that has been set, HostMonitor monitors the CPU Usage for a certain time period, e.g. for five minutes. There should be no alert until the CPU Usage is still after five minutes over limit.
Is there a possibility to set some parameters or something?

I think, desired behavior can be reached by using "Change test interval" action: http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... etInterval

Let's consider situation when "CPU Usage" test is performed every 10 minutes and you assign some action profile to this test. Into the "Bad status actions" area you should place "Change test interval" action that changes test time interval to 1 minute. It means now test will be performed every minute 1, not 10. For the other actions, located in "Bad status actions" area (e.g. "Send email" action) you may set "Start when: 5 consecutive bad results occur" option. Quote from the manual:

This parameter determines when to execute an action. For example you want to send a message to a network administrator's pager after three unsuccessful tests of the web server consecutively, set this parameter to 3. If you want to start action right after the test status was changed, set parameter to 1.

Please, do not forget to add "Change test interval" action into "Good status actions" area with "Restore original value" option. This helps to restore initial 10 minutes interval when CPU usage becomes normal.
