In the unlimited licence ( 1599$), how many simultaneous RCC can we use

Hi, just another user here. AHM Enterprise comes with one RCC that can be shared. If you need simultaneous RCC users you'll have to purchase them.
I have 3 RCC's, which our implementation engineers use in order to add hosts and create/modify tests. All other users, responsible for responding to the alarms, use the web interface, which doesn't have an apparent limit to the number of simultaneous users.
The guys at KS-Soft are terrific at responding to your individual licensing needs. I can't say enough good things about them!

Agree with the above post - we have 11 RCC licences, and are about to buy more..
I'd add that you might want to consider that RCCs also can be purchased with lifetime updates. If you're intending to stick with an upgrade cycle of your Host Monitor, it would make sense to also buy lifetime RCC and RMA agent upgrades to prevent 1 component being made obsolete.
It's still relatively cheap!
