Operator must have access to some folder(!). Then it will be able to use views that use this folder as "source folder".
You cannot provide access to view without access to any folder.

Ok...but if i would like that an operator can only see items with his name in the Comment how can i do this?

I have to create a different folder for each operator.

I would like to create only one folder called "OperatorTest" with a lot of test and then i will create a views with sourcefolder = "OperatorTest" and filter test with a specified word in the Comment.

Every operator must see ONLY the test in his personalized view
