server not found during Performance Counter

hi there

question
i have installed a ACTIVE agent on one of my machines. NO firewall ports are open there on that active agent/server (its a windows server ip 192.168.1.10)
I have a problem during the following procedure

add new test
under Test by ..i selected the agent 192.168.1.10
under Test method i selected : Performance Counter
by selecting the " book" icon on the right side of "Check counter" i get a popup ...so far so good !!

then i want to select the server (remote active agent) so i fill in \\192.168.1.10
then select the down-arrow for the test method.....but than it hangs ??
my screen stalls and finally it said : could not find the server

what am i doing wrong ????
i do not understand this option...

if i select a cpu performance check or a file space check it goes OK.
only the performace check goes wrong

This dialog supported by Windows API that cannot work with our agents. In other word, RMA cannot help you do select Performance Counter on system located in remote network. However if you type name of the counter manually, RMA will be able to perform the test, check counter value and provide information to HostMonitor.
