Is it possible to re-add the ability to delete tests and folders via HMS script. This would be quite useful to me as our infrastructure components are added to HM programatically.

HostMonitor still supports DeleteTest command. We do not think its a good idea to use it so we removed command from documentation and keep it for backward compatibility only.
Delete folders? As I remember HMScript never offered such option.
