License key won't register when moving to new server
Hi,
We are moving HostMon from our aging server to a shiny new box.
The old server is running 6.54 and we have installed 7.2 on the new server. However, the new 7.2 install won't accept the license key form the 6.54 install.
Is there a way I can get the 7.2 to accept the key or do I have to install an older version of HM?

emails arriving?
I have sent 2 emails to the support address with delivery and read receipts but have received no notification of delivery of either of them.

Hm. Strange. It means we did not receive request from you. We had similar request from another customer, so I was sure your request had been processed. Looks like our spam filter caught your email. Anyway, could you send your request once more? You may use this forum to send email.
