Test dependent on test on another Hostmonitor?

We presently have a couple of Hostmonitors running at two of our offices connected by a WAN.
I have the issue at present where someone is deleting one of my tests. What I want to do rather than testing the same thing from the other hostmonitor, is set up a test that uses the existance of the original test as a master test.
So test A is running on Hostmonitor1 and test B is set up on Hostmonitor2 but only runs if test A is deleted.
Is this possible?

We have not implemented HostMonitor's clusters yet, so one instance of HostMonitor cannot control another instance directly. However, you may use the following solution. You should make "Test A" write a records into "Private Log" each time the test is performed. To do that you should enable "Use Private log" option in "Test Properties" window for the "Test A". Also you should specify the filename and select "Full" logging mode. The log file should be stored on the network share, or some drive, accessible by HostMonitor 2. On HostMonitor's 2 side, you should create "Test C", and mark them as Master for the "Test B". Test "C" should be a "Folder/File Availability" test, that should check the log file created by "Test A", and alert you when log file is older than NN minutes. In this case, when "Test A" is deleted or does not write a records into provate log for some time, "Test C" becomes bad and Test B will be performed.
