Problem SMS with Siemens TC35i

I Have HM 6.82 installed and have a Siemens TC35i GSM modem connected with the PC through COM1. My problem is that I cannot sent SMS messages through HM.

I am having the following error when trying to send a test message.

Sending...
Com port open .. Ok
GSM modem initialization .. Ok
Error: Cannot send message to +491701*******. GSM modem error. No reply on AT command: AT+CMGS=24>0001000C9194711074545800F00CD4F29C0E6A97E7F3F0B90C
Com port close .. Ok
GSM modem deinitialization .. Ok

My SMS settings are as follows
Primary GSM Modem
COM Port Com1
Baud rate 19200
Modem Type Siemens TC35
Mode Test
PIN ****
Service Centre +491710760000

Can you help me with this problem.

Settings look correct except "Mode". "Mode" should be set as "Text" or "PDU". We recommend you to use PDU mode. Anyway, from the error message I see you have used "PDU" mode as well. Are you sure you have entered correct PIN code? If you do not know the PIN code, you may enter 1111 into "PIN" input box. Have you specified the correct "Service center" number? Is it your mobile operator's number?
