In Web Interface, we are using the interactive folders. If all tests in the folder are GOOD, then it will display a simulated GREEN LED light.
If the folder contains either a BAD test, or an ACKNOWLEDGED test, it will display a simulated RED LED.
We would like instead:
GREEN LIGHT: All good
ORANGE LIGHT: 1 or more ACKNOWLEDGED tests
RED LIGHT: 1 or more BAD tests (unacknowledged)
Right now, we see a RED light and think there is a problem, but then we have to remember we already ACKNOWLEDGED a test... then we might miss a BAD test...
Can this be done by modifying some template or color scheme? Or would this be a feature request for a future release?
Thanks,
- Scott
Web Interface Red / Orange simulated lights
Alex, you are still my hero, but it appears that this feature worked in 7.00, but is gone in 7.08?
In 7.00 (and maybe one version after that?) the light turned "pink" after bad tests in that folder had been acknowledged. But in 7.08, it is staying "red" after acknowledgement.
Let me know if you need more info, or if I'm doing something wrong (yeah, it happens..)
UPDATE: I "re-acknowledged" a test that we had previously acknowledged, and the light turned "pink". So, there is more to this story... let me try some more tests. Sorry...

I agree... now we cannot duplicate this problem. However, it wasn't just the web browser... the console was showing it as Red and the icon in the system tray was Red.
But the text on the web service was Orange, and it showed it had been ack'd.
Very strange indeed.
Will keep an eye on it...
Thanks for the quick reply!
