HTML Report - different colors for ACK tests

I have 2 tests
- one in status "Bad"
- one in status "Warning"

In HTML report they have different colors.
That's OK

Now I acknowledge both tests.
They still have different colors in HTML report (in HM GUI the same color)
I think:
- The "Bad" one changes to the color of "Acknowledged tests"
- The "Warning" one keeps the color of "Warning"

I would expect both changing color to "Acknowledged tests"
