Problem with "Unknown status".

Hi.
I have a SNMP get test for monitoring UPS temperature. In alert profile i have a send email on "Dead" and "Good" actions with "Bad" and "Ok" statuses accordingly. The "Thread Unknown status as Bad" is unchecked. But when test's reply is in "Unknown" status and then goes to "Good" status i recieve email width "Ok" status.
This test depends on another test, "Synchronize counters" is checked and "Synchronize status & alerts" is unchecked. HostMonitor v.6.21.

So, what exact problem do you have? Do you want to send "OK" email after "Bad" status only? What about "Action depends on "bad" one" option? Have you enabled it for "Good" action? http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... pendsOnBad
