DNS resolve test

I have configured 2 tests for resolving of our email server. This in what i have included in the email action

Message from HostMonitor (host changed status)

IP : %HostAddr%
Test : %TestName%
Comment : %CommentLine1% - %CommentLine2% - %CommentLine3%
Status: %STATUS%
Date : %DATETIME%
Reply : %TraceFull%
Reply : %TraceBrief%

Now, this is the email i am getting from HM, no trace info included at all!

IP : xxx.xxx.xxx.2
Test : DNS xxx.xxx.xxx.2
Comment : Resolve mail.xxx.gr - -
Status: Bad

If i use command prompt from the HM server to traceroute our email server, i get normal info, like hops etc.

We use HM 6.10.

Such variables have sense for "Trace" test only, for other tests these macros return an empty string.
