Kudos to HM

Before we started with HM we did an evaluation comparing the features and versatility of eight monitoring tools. What we couldn't know about at that time was the quality of the support and the reaction on individual suggestions for improvement.

Now we do nearly 1000 tests on 75 servers and devices, testing basic funcionality as well as complex cooperation of interfaces. We are still impressed by the performance, stability and flexibility of HM as well as by the responsiveness on (few) support issues and (many) suggestions submitted in this forum or via e-mail.

Thus we can thoroughly recommend HM as it perfectly does its job and definitely outperforms - even high priced - monitoring tools of its competitors.
