Adding a new test through the web interface?

I want to add a new test remotely, is there the way? The host monitor has a web interface but it can only modify the existing tests. is that so? Is there a way to add a new test remotely? Thanks.

Web Service does not have ability to add new tests.
You may use RCC(Remote Remote Control Console) instead.
