All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).
We have AHM 5.92 and it is working fine, and are getting the option of upgrade to 6.10. Just wants to check out that the new version will work out properly with two things in mind
1. Will it handle the existing logs/data we have with 5.92 version that is up and running
2. Also does it have issues with RMA for Linux/Win that we are using currently with version 5.92
Anything else that i am not aware of, regarding that upgrade
We really does not want to have any outage in monitoring itself.
If you use "Update/Repair" installation mode, new version will keep all your settings.
1) Yes, new version works with log files as well.
2) Yes, new version know how to work with agents
