Which device to prefer

I have choice between APC and Sensatronics for temperature monitoring as start. APC is costly but looks to have more featureset and wide variety of sensors. Sensatronis is nice tiny. Even though it has limited featureset, it costs less and HM admins have used them.

Can KS Soft suggest which they prefer to use? and also how easy/difficult is to configure APC with HM ?

Sorry, we never tested APC temperature monitors

Could you provide link to APC manual? I cannot find it

As I see this device supports SNMP protocol, so most likely you will be able to setup SNMP Get test method to retrieve data from device.
I do not see technical details but I assume APC provides MIB file for this device
